Having regular exercise will not only keep you fit, the toxins will also be flushed out from your system through the sweat your body produces. In effect, your skin will look better. If you perform some leg workouts, you will tone your legs and get rid of jiggly fats around your thighs. If you do not have the time to hit the gym, you can perform leg workouts at home. Do some squats and lunges. You will find yourself looking great in those shorts, mini skirt and jeans.
