7. Drink plenty of water
If you want to lose weight, drink water. If you want to have smoother legs, drink water as well. Water can do wonders to your body. It will regulate your body’s system, which will improve your health. This will also fight your hunger pangs and keep you feeling well everyday. You need to take at least 8 – 10 glasses of water per day. To keep you motivated from drinking water, always bring with you a tumbler filled with water. You will be surprised at how much water you are drinking because psychologically, you cannot help but pick up that tumbler beside you and drink from it. Avoid drinking alcohol and sugary drinks as much as you can. These drinks contain free radicals that are hazardous to your health.
