8. Take care of your skin
Your skin is sensitive to the changing environment, which includes the climate, pollution and your lifestyle. Be careful when you expose yourself to the sun. Too much sun exposure could lead to skin damage and worse, skin cancer. When you go out, make sure to apply some sunscreen or sunblock. You should also bring along an umbrella and cap or visor for additional sun protection. You must also protect yourself from getting dry skin by putting lotion and moisturizer after taking a shower or after your swim. You can also take Vitamin D, Vitamin E and Vitamin C to improve your skin.
