9. Eat well
It is true that you become what you eat. The food you eat everyday affects your body’s system. If you love eating processed, fried and other cholesterol-rich foods, then you are at risk of inviting free radicals that will damage your cells and tissues. These free radicals attach themselves to your cells and tissues as their life-source. This could lead to damages inside your body, making you prone to sickness. Your damaged tissues and cells will reflect on your skin. Make sure you have a balanced diet. Eat the right amount of protein, carbohydrates and vegetables. This will not only make your skin look better, it can also provide you with a better life.
