10. Maintain your weight to avoid varicose veins
This is one of the biggest problems of women. Your legs have veins that push blood up to your heart. These veins contain a valve that prevents backflows. Once this is damaged, the blood will flow backward and this causes varicose veins. This could develop not only in your legs, but also in your feet and ankles. Being overweight can cause varicose veins because the weight puts intolerable pressure on the legs. This will weaken the walls of the veins and lose elasticity. The veins will eventually widen, which will also affect the valve preventing the backflow. These veins will enlarge as more blood comes inside. A worse case of varicose veins will shock the guts out of you. It really looks ugly and women will find it depressing to have varicose veins in their legs.
