10. Bananas
Bananas contain minerals and other nutrients, such as tryptophan, that helps promote hair recovery and rehabilitation. So if your hair is dry and damaged, you must try the banana hair mask. To make your own banana mask, mash a ripe banana on a plate with a fork, add two teaspoons of honey and two teaspoons of wheat seedlings. Afterwards, mix the ingredients to have an even mass. Apply to clean, damp, hair and leave for twenty minutes. You can wrap your head with a bath towel, with plastic wrap, or a rubber hat.
