8. Scalp Massage
A good scalp massage increases blood circulate and stimulates the hair follicles. It allows the hair cells to receive more oxygen to stimulate hair growth. A few drops of virgin coconut oil or a blend of three drops of tea tree oil and one tablespoon of castor oil will act as antiseptic as well as help your fingers move more fluidly along your scalp without tearing the hair. Spread the oil onto your scalp and move your fingers in a circular motion all over your head, working the oil deep into your scalp. Massage your scalp for five minutes before you shampoo and condition your hair. Massage your scalp twice a day if you have the time.
