10. Remove Stress
Stress is a major contributor to hair loss. To stimulate your hair growth, keep your stress level low. You can do this by identifying the stress-inducers in your life and avoiding them. Practice time management, socialize more, do meditation, yoga, bicycling, laugh more often, do deep breathing exercises, get a pet or engage in a hobby. During Winter season a common problem we have face is hair-fall but I think if we follow the instructions given above, this problem will be reduced.
