Also known as emotional eating, a person tends to binge eat whenever she is feeling extreme emotions such as panic, worry, fear, anger, etc. This can instantly make you gain weight like there’s no tomorrow and you would not want this to happen. Instead of eating, channel your emotions to other things such as exercising.
