7. Lunges
Doing lunges is like walking with a bigger step that will force your knees to bend at a 90-degree angle. Perform this exercise by placing your hands at your waist and standing straight. Move one leg forward until both your legs are forming a 90-degree angle and hold it for 5 seconds before going back to the original position. Perform another exercise with your other leg after doing 10 repetitions.
