10. Squat
This is the most basic workout that will tone your thighs and butt. It is considered as the king of leg exercises. You can do this every day, even do it during your free time. If you are new to this exercise, go and grab a chair. Put your hands at the back of your head like you are being arrested and your feet shoulder-width apart. Bend your knees and try to sit down without letting yourself touch the chair. Keep your back straight and your core intact. Do not arch your back. Slowly raise yourself to a standing position and repeat the exercise as many as you can.
