5. Pumpkin and Yogurt
Your hair tends to get dry and dull, especially during the cold weather. Pumpkin is rich in Vitamin A and potassium. It can also repair dry and damaged hair. Here are the ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked pumpkin
- 1 tbsp of coconut oil
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 1tbsp of yogurt
Use the food processor or blender to make a puree out of the pumpkin and coconut oil. Add the honey and yogurt. Make sure that the mixture is smooth before taking it off from the blender. For fifteen minutes, apply this mixture to your damp hair and cover it with a shower cap. Rinse with water, shampoo and conditioner.
