10. Banana and Avocado
This is a great recipe to deeply condition dry hair. Bananas are good for your hair because it provides elasticity. On the other hand, avocado contains Vitamins A, D and E. These vitamins help hydrate the skin, thereby hydrating your hair as well. If you combine both, along with olive or wheatgerm oil, this will create the perfect deep hair conditioning to save your hair from dryness. You need the following:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp. of olive oil or wheatgerm oil
- A few drops of essential oils (sweet orange, rose, jasmine, or lavender)
Shampoo your hair and dry it using a towel. After combing your hair, apply this hair mask to your hair and cover with a shower cap for fifteen minutes. Rinse well to make sure that all fruit bits have been taken off.
