3. Eat one less of the “fatty foods” every day
It is difficult to trash your cravings altogether. Miss out on your favorite high calorie food three weeks in a row and you will feel miserable. Avoid such feeling because it is the same feeling that will put you back on your bad eating habits fast. Instead of depriving yourself, trim down your intake. Instead of eating a whole burger, leave out one less bite every time. Instead of finishing off a full package of chocolate chip cookies, give a piece for someone else to enjoy. One less bite of a burger, one less cookie, one less can of soda, one less potato chip will go a long way and will make a big difference in your long-term diet plan.

There is no need to over-complicate things when it comes to weight / fat loss. What it all boils down to is this: If you create a calorie deficit by burning more calories than you consume, you lose weight, It really is that simple. I have lost 40lbs in 12 weeks following a diet and fitness program http://dietplansreviewed.net/ recommended which does just that with a healthy balanced diet and an exercise routine. There is no need to over-complicate things and it is not rocket-science.

I’ve been overweight for 10 years and tried so many things. Different things work for different people and I was lucky enough to find one that worked for me. I lost 20 pounds in one month without much exercise and it has been a life changer. I’m a little embarrased to post my before and after photos here but if anyone actually cares to hear what I’ve been doing then I’d be happy to help in any way. Just shoot me an email at [email protected] and I’ll show you my before and after photos, and tell you about how things are going for me with the stuff I’ve tried. I wish someone would have helped me out when I was struggling to find a solution so if I can help you then it would make my day
