8. Walk at least an hour a day
Among all the exercise routines available, walking is easiest to do and as effective in weight loss just the same. To keep you determined, buy your own pedometer and clip it onto your belt. Every day, level up your goal to some extra steps so you can burn as much weight. Based on studies, 4,000 steps a day could help keep you from gaining weight. Adding a thousand or more to that can make you lose weight.

There is no need to over-complicate things when it comes to weight / fat loss. What it all boils down to is this: If you create a calorie deficit by burning more calories than you consume, you lose weight, It really is that simple. I have lost 40lbs in 12 weeks following a diet and fitness program http://dietplansreviewed.net/ recommended which does just that with a healthy balanced diet and an exercise routine. There is no need to over-complicate things and it is not rocket-science.

I’ve been overweight for 10 years and tried so many things. Different things work for different people and I was lucky enough to find one that worked for me. I lost 20 pounds in one month without much exercise and it has been a life changer. I’m a little embarrased to post my before and after photos here but if anyone actually cares to hear what I’ve been doing then I’d be happy to help in any way. Just shoot me an email at [email protected] and I’ll show you my before and after photos, and tell you about how things are going for me with the stuff I’ve tried. I wish someone would have helped me out when I was struggling to find a solution so if I can help you then it would make my day
