Squat exercises are great for the lower portion of the body. This squat exercise for plié is like a classic move in ballerina. This enhances the strength and firms the inner muscles of the thigh. What you need to do is to stand with shoulder width apart while holding something heavy like a dumbbell. Squat like you are going to sit for 10 seconds/counts. At the squat position, let it stay for at least 2 seconds before going back to the starting position. Repeat this for three or more times.
