9. Avocado and Banana
Banana is another ingredient that could nourish your hair well. If you mix ½ banana with 3 avocados, including the pulp and then add in 1 egg yolk, plus a teaspoon of olive oil, you will get one of the best hair masks for your hair’s nutrient and moisture requirement. Massage your hair roots to the tip with the mixture and leave it on for about one hour. Put a hot towel around your saturated hair for best results.
