10. Don’t let your mind go idle
According to studies, an idle mind is not a happy one and when a mind is not happy, stress and worries will always be imminent, thus giving you instant wrinkles that can make you look like ten years older, instead of younger. That is why it is crucial that make it a point to have some brain exercises. Stimulate your mind with fun puzzles. Read a good book or mentally compute equations, that is, if you are fond of math but if you are not, then do something that can put your brain to work to make it happy. It is as simple as that.
