3. Refrain from blinking for at least 10 seconds after lining.
Drying is key in achieving the best looking winged liner. 10 to 15 seconds of not blinking will allow the liner to dry so it does not smudge. Keep it relaxed, keep it cool. Doing this makeup trick is not so simple so you need all the concentration you can muster from applying the eyeliner to drying it. Keep it dried through before you start blinking so the shape you have created will stay on.
